It is good that Secretary Kerry mentioned Eskinder Nega as one of the heroes of freedom. But the U.S. should reconcile its rhetoric with its practice. Ironically, TPLF is still considered a credible ally in the "war on terror" by the U.S. They also know the fact that TPLF is a terrorist organization, which was once designated as such by Homeland Security.
